Reporting to the City Head, your key responsibilities are:· Responsible for the design review and value engineering, ensuring the completion of the project within the specified budget and allocated time.· Prepare preliminary budget estimates and cash flow projection for feasibility studies.· Recommend consultants for appointment.· Shortlist and recommend contractors, construction managers, etc. by conducting biddings and evaluating proposals.· Actively lead, monitor and manage contractors’ planning and critical path activities, supplementing resources whenever necessary.· Handle all coordination works with the consultants, architects, engineers, construction managers and all other specialized trades.· Prepare contracts, notices to proceed, and other contractual documents to the construction managers.· Develop and motivate staff, contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project, spurring them to excel in the performance of their functions and responsibilities.· Responsible in the recruitment of local project staffs· Acts as the owner’s representative during the project-planning phase.· Manage relationships with authorities and local residents’ federation View full post on Property/Real Estate, Architect/Interior jobs @ JobStreet.com
